so much power.... but so much more problems with Tranny .... 3.0 tranny is more reliable then the 4.4... its a known fact.... the ZF for 3.0 is a better unit then the 4.4.....

I bought an 04 4.4i with 17.5k miles in March for $28k. Now I'm thinking I should have waited and got an 05 or 06. 04 has no BT. Oh well! I still love the car and it was the color I wanted.
The price you have would be good for a 4.4i. You should really look into 4.4i, so much more power.
