Dude, if you pay a cent over $29K for this 3.0, you are letting the dealer rip you a new A$$hole. As you can see from the other posters, there are folks picking up low mileage 4.4s for that price.

used CPO X5 buyer is "wealthy". At least not to the point where they're completely unaffected by gas prices. The truly wealthy impulse buyers who could care less about mileage are buying Ferraris, Porsches, and new M3s. Not used E53 3.0s. Therefore the stealers will either adjust their E53 prices to realistic market levels for an SUV-averse economy, or lose a whole lot of moolah.
